Don’t Win Your Divorce

Divorce is not a civil lawsuit demanding monetary damages from a third party. Divorce is a family law matter that should be handled with dignity and professionalism.
Nearly every client that we help to navigate a successful divorce seeks a fair and prompt resolution. They don’t want to get one over on their spouse. They don’t want to leave their spouse with as little as possible. They don’t want to hurt their spouse. They don’t want to fight their spouse in divorce.
They also don’t want mistakes. They don’t want surprises and they don’t want delays.
They do want a lawyer that will treat them with respect. They do want a lawyer that is honest. They do want a lawyer with over ten years experience in divorce. They do want to know how much the lawyer will charge on a fixed fee basis. They do want to know what prior clients and google reviews say about the lawyer.
These are reasonable goals in divorce. These goals are attainable and should lead to a successful divorce.
